1- When you communicate with us directly in relation to our products, services or to make a reservation we might keep some personal data to identify you, such as: name, address, telephone number, e-mail, passport number and Driving License number.
2- Sidecar 32 is committed to keep your information confidential. We do not sell, rent or use it to any marketing purposes.
3- Automatically-collected information: We automatically collect certain information about you such as browser version, language and cookies.
4- Location: If location service Applications such as Google Maps will collect data of your location as long as you have the location service on in order to give you directions of how to get to our address.
5- Statics Data: We also use tools like Google Analytics to measure traffic to our site and how users interact with our site. The Google Analytics terms specify that no personally identifiable information may be collected through the Google Analytics software.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We will use your information for the following:
1- In case of a reservation, to identify you as the renter;
2- To correspond with you in relation to your booking, rental or any other question related to our services;

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

1- In case of a reservation, Sidecar 32 may provide the personal details of the Renter contained in the Rental Agreement and details of the performance of the obligations arising from the Rental Agreement to third parties such as the police, toll collection agencies, credit recovery agencies (including lawyers) and any other relevant organisation.
2- We do not provide any personal data to third parties except to the legal mentioned above.

FOR WHAT PERIOD WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is retained for different periods depending on the purpose of the processing:
1- For a simple query or information, data will be deleted as soon as the question is solved.
2- In case of a fine or in the event of non-compliance with the rules laid down in the Highway Code and supplementary legislation, your data will be kept for the time necessary to identify the driver liable for the offence leading to the that non-compliance. Relevant information can be retained for a period of up to 12 months after receipt of the fine subject to our intermediate archiving policy.
3- Personal Data collected by Sidecar 32 will be retained for the period of time strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are intended in accordance with the provisions of Portuguese Law n.º 181/2012 de 6 de Agosto.

Under the terms of Law, is guaranteed to the issuers, their responsible and/ or users appointed the access to your personal data for the purposes, in particular, their rectification, update or modification. This right may be exercised by contacting us directly by email at info@sidecar32.com;

We are committed to protect the information we collect from you; all data is processed by an external organization called Dominios.pt which encodes all data properly.

EXTERNAL SERVICES

We are not responsible for any shared information in a social network, in that case, the privacy policy applied will be the one of the social network in question.
